Technology is growing faster day by day. Just a few years ago, there were no wireless printers, no smartphones, no internet, and no AI. Now we have AI robots like Sophia, drones, self-driving cars, voice technology, facial recognition technology, 3D printing, etc.
We are the “in-between” generation that is strongly experiencing the speed by which technology is moving because we remember how it was yesterday. But what will there be tomorrow? What technologies will we have next year? And will these technologies bless or curse our lives?
2020 is knocking at your door, bringing some of the latest and rather controversial technology updates that have raised concern around the world.
For example, people are worried that facial recognition technology, or face ID, will destroy such a thing called privacy and about the fact that it can be used for sinister purposes such as racial profiling.
What about you? Are you worried about the ugly side of technology, too?
